DESCRIPTION

PPS5 power systems provide large power plant features in cost-effective, rack-mounted form factors. These scalable power solutions provide rectification, control, and power distribution all in one compact system and offer extensive local and remote power plant and battery monitoring.

Messages and alarms from the controller are displayed on the front panel LCD display and via optional PC-based PowCom software. In addition, each site's unique system configuration data can be remotely entered and recalled through a user-programmable, password-protected interface.

  • 18 to 40 amp capacity at 48V
  • 16 to 80 amp capacity at 24V
• 115 S or 230 VAC single or three-phase input with PFC.
• Convection cooled, up to 92% efficient, rectifiers have MTBF's > I million hours.
• Single point voltage adjustment.
• True plug-and-play rectifiers and controllers.
• Can accommodate up to 20 circuit breakers from 2 to 63 amps.
• LCD display for self-guided controller operation.
• Interfaces include RS232, SNMP, and Form "C" dry alarm contacts with grouped alarms.

  • Temperature compensation (requires optional cables).
